Refund policy

Cancellations are allowed only if I have not currently processed/shipped your order.

Please double check that all of your information is correct while checking out. Becanime is not responsible for a lost or missing package due to an incorrect address. If a package gets sent back to me due to an “incorrect address” a partial refund will be sent for the order if I cannot get in contact with the buyer. Shipping costs will NOT be refunded for returned packages for incorrectly addressed mail.
